** First Home Buyers Grant (FHBG) refers to the State and Federal incentives, any discounted prices where the FHBG has been included implies that a rebate has been included. The price is not discounted by either the builder or the land developer and assumes the purchaser is eligible to claim the rebate on (or after) settlement from the State or Federal body.
